Charles Morgan currently serves as the Head of Finance Transformation at Verisk since 2023. Prior to this role, Charles held significant positions at BIC as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Information Officer, where key accomplishments included the establishment of BIC's first Global Business Services operation and a major reduction in IT costs through strategic partnerships and application consolidation. With experience at Aetna, Charles was instrumental in creating a Finance Shared Services organization, while at General Motors, leadership was provided for the global SAP program and finance transformation office. Earlier roles include senior positions at American Express, Marsh, Instinet Corporation, HSBC, and PwC, contributing to various finance transformations and system implementations. Charles holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
