Hilroy Brooks

Hilroy "Ray" Brooks is the Director of Software Asset and Vendor Management at Verisk, a role they have held since 2018. Previously, they served as the Director of Software Asset Management at Schneider Electric, where they led global compliance initiatives and software audit processes. Earlier in their career, Ray held several positions at Hewlett-Packard, including Manager of Operations Readiness and Program Manager for IT Asset Management, where they successfully managed a comprehensive IT asset program. They also consulted for Citi and managed IT assets at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, demonstrating a strong background in software asset management and vendor relations. Ray earned a BSc (Hons) in Electronics from the University of Sussex between 1973 and 1976.
