Jon Miller has extensive experience in customer success and account management within the property estimating solutions sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success Managers at Verisk Property Estimating Solutions (Xactware) since June 2024, Jon has held various roles at Verisk since May 2013, including Manager of Account Management and Senior Account Manager. Prior to joining Verisk, Jon worked at Xactware from May 2013 to January 2022, progressing from Account Manager Team Lead to International Training Coordinator. Jon's earlier experience includes Project Manager & Estimator at Paul Davis Restoration, Inc., and Shop Manager at Lewis Miller Custom Mantels. Jon is an alumnus of Salt Lake Community College.
