Melissa Feigelson

Melissa Feigelson, Ph.D., is a workforce analytics expert who specializes in translating data into actionable insights to help leaders make informed decisions. With a core strength in enhancing organizational analytics capability, they have developed a culture of human capital analytics across various companies, including BASF, where they served as Workforce Analytics Manager until 2020. Currently, as Director of Talent Insights at Verisk, they are enhancing the reporting function and building talent insights capabilities. Melissa has previous experience as an Organization Development Specialist at Panasonic and as a Director of Workforce Planning and Organization Development at EdisonLearning. They hold a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and are pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY.
