Randall Downs

Randall Downs, CFPS, currently serves as the Community Hazard Mitigation Manager at Verisk, managing a team of 19 remote field representatives across various regions, focusing on fire protection and flood protection analytics. In 2019, Randall was promoted to oversee part of the CRS program for FEMA as a contract employee through Verisk. Randall has also dedicated years to community service as a certified firefighter and Training Officer at Allerton Volunteer Fire Department since 2003. Past roles include assistant coaching positions at Wayne Community Jr-Sr High School and a Fire Protection Analyst at ISO, where community fire protection evaluations were conducted. Randall holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University and additional financial services qualifications from The American College of Financial Services.
