Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Technology at QBE Insurance, managing the recruitment strategy for the UK operations. Will has extensive experience in recruitment and account management, having held roles at Oracle, Ethos BeathChapman, Hays IT, and Prospero Integrated. They were also a Practice Leader at Ethos BeathChapman, managing the data analytics and business intelligence practice in Sydney.
