CFO at Veristor Systems

As Veristor’s Chief Financial Officer, Bob Necessary is responsible for the continued building and shaping of the company’s long-term financial model, accounting systems, internal controls, legal services, and merger and acquisition processes. Necessary joined Veristor in 2010 and has led the inception of Veristor Capital as the division’s President and CEO.

Prior to his positions at Veristor, Necessary was President of Presidio Technology Capital following previous positions as Vice President of Finance and sales management for the company. Necessary also served in financial management roles for Memorex and in corporate banking for what is now Bank of America.

Necessary has been credited with devising many innovative and cutting edge financial tools now in common use within the IT leasing industry as well as developing a state-of-the-art leasing software package. An IT leasing industry visionary, Necessary has conducted numerous seminars for both lessors and lessees on various technology-leasing issues. He has served on the board of directors for The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) and the Mid America Association of Equipment Lessors. He received a BS degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and a MBA from the University of Georgia.
