Åsa Jugård is an experienced professional in customer experience and portfolio management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience & Portfolio Value Management (Act.) at Verisure since August 2018. In this role, Åsa is responsible for the overall transformation and growth of the customer experience program in Sweden, leading initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and implementing a new CX Management platform. Prior to Verisure, Åsa worked at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) from September 2011 to July 2018, where responsibilities included developing customer centricity strategies and leading the customer experience program. Previous roles at SAS comprised Senior Revenue Manager and Revenue Manager, focusing on team leadership and revenue optimization for European flight routes. Åsa began career as an Airline Accounts Analyst at EF Educational Tours and completed a Master's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Services Management from Lund University.
