Chris Simpson is a commercial performance manager and people-oriented leader with extensive experience in operational strategy and sales enablement. Previously, Chris held multiple leadership roles at Sky from 2019 to 2021, where they optimized sales performance and drove significant revenue growth, including managing a £200 million cross-sell strategy and delivering £300 million revenue per year through direct sales channels. With a BA Hons in Sociology and Economics from Northumbria University, Chris currently serves as the Head of Retentions at Verisure while also having worked as a Sales Manager at Hey!Broadband Ltd. from 2024 to 2025.
