Mike Sinclair

Mike Sinclair possesses extensive experience in human resources information systems and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of HRIS Global Services at Verisure since February 2020, Mike previously held positions such as Producer and Writer at Lightfin Casefiles, and Senior Engagement Manager at Workday, where Mike led multiple Workday implementations. As VP of Technology and Projects at Spain StartUp, Mike successfully implemented Agile methodologies and improved internal systems architecture. At AstraZeneca, Mike managed the HR transformation program, integrating global HR processes for a workforce of over 50,000. Earlier roles included Technology Project Manager at Betfair, where Mike enhanced project management practices, and Senior Project Manager at Reuters, focusing on product design and audits. Mike holds a BCOMM in Accounting and Audit from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed altMBA in 2018.
