Åsa Jugård has extensive experience in customer experience and portfolio management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience & Portfolio Value Management (Act.) at Verisure since August 2018. Åsa has a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, including the implementation of a new CX Management platform. Previously, Åsa held various roles at Scandinavian Airlines from September 2011 to July 2018, focusing on customer insight strategy and development, revenue management, and team leadership. Åsa also contributed to EF Educational Tours and Visit Sweden early in a career spanning roles in marketing and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lund University.
