Contact Center Manager

Fabrizio Sorio has diverse experience in contact center management, having served as Contact Center Manager at Verisure in March 2017, where responsibilities included managing a large team focused on lead generation and telesales. Prior to this role, Fabrizio established the Contact Center Marketing startup. Additional experience includes serving as a military officer in the Italian Army from May 2001 to August 2002 and working as Team Supervisor and Call Center Manager at Iperclub Spa from January 2006 to January 2009.
