Joachim Camp

Joachim Camp is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Director at Verisure Technology & Group Functions Sweden since June 2016, Joachim has played a pivotal role in supporting the strategic needs of the organization, which protects over 5 million families and small businesses. Previously, Joachim held positions as HR Manager and led the HR consulting services at Alumni Nordics, as well as serving as a Managing Consultant at IBM's Global Business Services, focusing on talent management and organizational strategy. Joachim's entrepreneurial spirit is showcased through the founding of two companies: Bluemind Consulting, specializing in IT consulting, and Radioföretaget i Skåne AB, a media company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration and Strategic Management and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Psychology from Lund University.
