Laura Minotti

Laura Minotti has over a decade of experience in training and development, currently serving as Sales Training Manager at Verisure since November 2016, with a focus on managerial training and leadership within the Sales Academy. Previously, Laura held the role of Sales Talent Developer at Omnibus srls from March 2012 to October 2016, where responsibilities included communication training, personal and professional development for management, and planning training interventions. Earlier experience includes serving as a trainer in Human Resources Management and Counselling at HKE Group S.r.l., and providing consultancy on workplace stress for Enel S.p.A. A strong educational background is supported by relevant training at Sapienza Università di Roma and HKE Group.
