Luis Massa

Luis Massa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the International HR Director at Verisure since April 2016, Massa has led corporate compensation and benefits functions across 18 countries in Europe and Latin America. Previous roles include Director of HR at Astra Zeneca, where leadership of major organizational change and talent development initiatives occurred, and HR Director for Cisco Systems in the Mediterranean region. Additionally, Massa has advised startups and managed business development projects in healthcare and wellness sectors.
