Robert Hed is an experienced technology and engineering leader with a focus on architecture and process management, currently serving as Head of Architecture & Process Management at Verisure since March 2014. Previously, Robert held several key roles, including Chief of Staff in Technology & IT Management and Senior Software Development Manager, overseeing teams of engineers in Sweden. Prior experience includes VP of R&D at Flatfrog Laboratories AB, Development Manager at ST-Ericsson and Ericsson AB, and Quality Manager at Anoto AB. Robert has a strong background in developing mobile platform software and advanced technologies such as multi-touch screens and Bluetooth. Educational credentials include an MSc in Computer Science from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and participation in Chalmers Advanced Management Programs.
