Thomas Willard is an experienced HR and security professional currently serving as HR-direktør at Verisure since April 2024, leading HR and communication efforts in Verisure Norge. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Direktør for Sikkerhet & Beredskap at PwC Norway from April 2021 to April 2024 and was a Senior Manager and partner at Longboat Solutions AS, a risk management firm, from April 2020 to April 2021. Thomas also contributed to the Norwegian Refugee Council from September 2016 to March 2021, holding various roles focused on global security training. Prior military experience includes serving as an officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces from 1999 to September 2016 with participation in NATO operations in Kosovo and Afghanistan.
