VERITAS is a landmark redevelopment transforming the 100,000 m2 legendary Singer European Factory in Wittenberge, Germany, into a living ecosystem for hospitality, creativity, culture, and sustainable enterprise.

Positioned between Berlin and Hamburg, VERITAS reimagines what a 21st-century creative district can be — where HERITAGE meets INNOVATION, where ideas become ventures, and where sustainability is built into every layer - all powered by Green Energy.

Breathing new life into a historic industrial icon, VERITAS is evolving into a dynamic campus for the creative industries, hospitality, and cultural exchange. The first chapter opens with a mix of spaces: Hotel, Conference Centre, Spa, Exhibition and Event Spaces, Restaurant, Roof Top Bar and Offices.
