Founded in 2004, Veritas develops digital platforms that streamline complex processes helping businesses across industries meet their regulatory and compliance obligations.

From our origin in background checks for the maritime and offshore sectors (msic.net.au) we extended into aviation (asic.net.au) and have grown into the largest MSIC and ASIC Issuing Body accredited by the Department of Home Affairs. Our commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer service has seen these identity verification and background check services extend to the integration with other onboarding and workforce compliance solutions.

Through our integration of services with ports and airports across the country, we help many thousands of companies and many tens of thousands of workers gain access to security controlled work sites every day of the year.

As a trusted partner for companies and individuals seeking efficiency, security, and peace of mind, Veritas serves as accredited brokers with a number of federal agencies for the provision of Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks – commonly referred to National Police Checks (veritascheck.com.au), Australian Federal Police Checks (afpcheck.com), Criminal Record Checks conducted by the New Zealand Ministry of Justice (veritascheck.co.nz) and Fit and Proper Person Checks for under Australian Border Force legislation.

Our mission is to simplify complex compliance processes through innovative, technology-driven solutions, ensuring governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements are met seamlessly and securely. We strive to protect livelihoods, enhance operational efficiency, and build lasting relationships with our clients by delivering cutting-edge solutions and fostering trust across industries.
