Watson Han

Watson Han has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Watson started their career in Tianjin NEC as a Training Specialist in 1993 and later worked as a System Engineer at China Unicom from 1995 to 1997. In 2007, they joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as a QA Lead, where they gained hands-on experience in QA work and led international teams in customer-specific feature testing. From 2008 to 2011, Han worked as a Project Manager at Symbio, overseeing project tasks and coordinating resources for timely delivery. Watson then moved on to Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd., where they served as a Service Delivery Lead, responsible for architecting network infrastructure, setting up data centers, and automating routine DevOps procedures. Han joined TIBCO in 2015 as a Technical Lead, managing large-scale servers and designing system provisioning architectures. Watson is currently working at Veritas Technologies LLC as a Principal Software Engineer, where their responsibilities include performance testing, providing RCA on customer escalated performance issues, and making PoCs based on new hardware and service designs.

Watson Han earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Information System from Nankai University, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. Watson later pursued a Master's degree in Communication & Information System at Peking University from 1998 to 2001.
