Aric Zern

Aric Zern is currently the Talent Engagement Manager at Veritext Legal Solutions, where Aric oversees the execution of acquisition initiatives for independent contractors. Prior to this role, Aric served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in the US Army for 20 years, handling recruitment and on-boarding of qualified individuals. Zern also has experience as a Program Manager for research and development of emerging technologies and as a Ground Security Force Team Chief and Team Lead, where Aric conducted evaluations and mentored combat team leaders. Aric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the University of Louisville.
