Ram P has a total of four years of work experience. Ram began their career in 2017 as an HR & Employee Relations Executive and US Accounts Executive at Wits Solutions Inc, where they were responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of new hires and had experience working with US Federal Projects and commercial clients. In 2018, they joined Kris Gethin Gyms as a Fitness Trainer. In 2019, they moved to Malvi Systems as a Sr. HR Executive, where they were responsible for onboarding new employees and running background checks for US and India employees. In 2021, they began their current role as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Veritis Group Inc.

Ram P completed a Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality from the Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech from the Bapatla Engineering College between 2009 and 2014.
