Amy Greene, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in lease accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as Lease Accountant III at Veritiv Corporation since May 2018, Amy is responsible for managing lease accounting for both real estate and equipment, maintaining the CoStar lease accounting system, and overseeing various accounting tasks, including SOX account reconciliations and SEC footnotes, while also playing a key role in the ASC842 conversion.
