Thomas Walpole is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Veritone, Inc. since 2019. Walpole co-founded ProjectVid in January 2014, where the role of CTO involves overseeing a collaborative post-production management system for video content. Additionally, as Co-founder and CTO of Teachmeo Inc. since June 2013, Walpole is involved in creating a scalable web-based video learning marketplace. Previously, Walpole held the position of CTO and VP of Development at Chartscape, LLC from June 2006 to April 2016, managing the development of HIPAA-compliant electronic medical records (EMR) programs. Earlier roles include Director of Assessment Technology at Preventsys and Lead Software Architect at Adaptronic USA. Walpole earned a Master of Science in Engineering from Lehigh University between 1989 and 1995.
