Laura Johnson

Laura Johnson, MFA-P, currently serves as Partnerships Development Manager at veritree, a position held since July 2024. Johnson is also a Board Member at Neighbours United since May 2019, providing fiscal oversight and governance while consulting on fundraising efforts. Previously, Johnson held roles including Director of Development, where responsibilities included leading a fundraising team and securing significant corporate gifts, and Major Gifts Officer at One Tree Planted, focused on major gifts fundraising and campaign development. Early experience includes guest service roles at Hume Hotel and University of Leeds Gymnastics, along with fundraising efforts for Catholic Action for Street Children. Johnson holds multiple degrees in Philosophy from Carleton University and the University of Leeds.
