Phil Bronner

Phil Bronner is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Ardent Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on AI-native applications, vertical SaaS, and B2B fintech, since February 2020. Bronner serves as a Board Member for OneMain Financial, VERITUITY, and ExecOnline, and has recently taken on board member roles with Incentivio. Additionally, Bronner has made investments in several companies, including Crux, Pickleheads, Lendflow, Rainforest, and Financepeer. Bronner holds an MBA in finance from The Wharton School, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and a BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
