In addition, Will serves as Managing Partner at Veritux since January 2018, connecting top independent professionals. Will hosts the podcast "Unleashed," focusing on the independent professional journey, and has previously held roles as President of The Bachman Group, LLC and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, specializing in operational improvement. Will's background includes service as a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy, supported by an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in Physics from Harvard University.
