Beth Mancuso

Beth Mancuso is the Associate Director of Business Transformation at Verizon, where they lead a team focused on implementing Agile practices and enhancing enterprise workflows. With extensive experience in business process improvement, Beth has held several leadership roles at Verizon, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Business Operations and Program Project Manager. They began their career in the US Army, where they managed communications assets and logistics, later transitioning to telecommunications with roles at Los Angeles Cellular and various positions at Verizon. Beth holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Lafayette College.
