Ed Mindiak

Ed Mindiak is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Continuous Improvement leader with extensive experience in training and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Business Transformation at Verizon, Ed delivers training to over 2000 internal resources and has coached projects yielding financial impacts exceeding $125 million. Previously, Ed held leadership roles at companies such as MetLife, Merrill Lynch, and the Bank of New York Mellon, focusing on process engineering and project management. Ed earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University–Newark and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
