Eric Holzer is a seasoned industrial designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives for prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Designer at Verizon since December 2025, Eric focuses on end-to-end industrial design for home connectivity products, ensuring alignment with user insights and technical constraints. Prior to Verizon, Eric held the role of Lead Industrial Designer at SharkNinja from September 2021 to November 2025, where leadership in design strategy shaped the $4+ billion Ninja brand, and previously, as a Senior Industrial Designer, Eric developed some of the brand's highest-performing products. Earlier experience at iHome involved managing the design and development of various innovative products while interfacing with engineering teams, and earlier roles at Lutron Electronics included contributions as both a Web + Graphic Designer and Industrial Designer. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Philadelphia University.
