James Chambers

James (Jaye) Chambers possesses a strong background in recruitment and human resources, with experience spanning various roles and organizations. At Mortgage Now, from January 2013 to October 2017, responsibilities included serving as a Market Analyst and Senior Recruiter, focusing on aligning loan programs with client needs. Chambers transitioned to National Securities Corporation, where, as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2017 to March 2019, data-driven metrics were employed to develop effective talent management strategies. Further recruitment expertise was cultivated at Verizon, beginning in July 2021, and previously at Renewal by Andersen, where team building and candidate sourcing significantly improved placement success.
