John DiLiegro

John DiLiegro is the Chief of Staff for the Vice President of Customer and Operations Support Centers and the Associate Director of the Performance Assurance team at Verizon. With 27 years at Verizon, John has held various roles including Local Manager, Dispatch Manager, and Area Operations Manager, where they led teams of over 200 people. John has a BS in Business from Emmanuel College and an MBA from Monmouth University, where they graduated with honors. In addition to professional accomplishments, John actively coaches youth sports and participates in marathons to raise money for charitable organizations. John originally hails from the Boston area and is an avid fan of the local sports teams.
