John Farar

John Farar is a retired Principal Engineer at Verizon Wireless, where they were responsible for microwave system engineering from 2003 until their retirement. With extensive experience in microwave systems engineering, they managed the engineering, implementation, testing, operation, configuration, and administration of an SNMP microwave network management system covering over 2000 hops. Prior to their time at Verizon, John held positions including General Manager at COMSAT RSI JEFA Wireless and President/CEO at JEFA International. They also served as a Senior Microwave Engineer at Western Wireless from 2003 to 2006.
