Matthew Becton

Matthew Becton is a seasoned leader specializing in Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, and Operational Excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Verizon, Matthew oversees a team impacting over 40,000 learners while also holding board positions at Buffalo Prep and Family Promise of Western New York. Matthew's previous experience includes successful roles as a District Manager and Senior Manager in Learning and Development at Verizon, as well as an Advisory Board Member for the Sister Karen Klimczak Center for Non Violence. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint John Fisher College and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
