Peter Quilty

Peter Quilty has extensive experience in network engineering and security architecture, primarily in senior roles at prominent companies. At Verizon from April 2020 to September 2025, Peter held distinguished engineering positions focused on security and systems architecture. Prior experience includes managerial and engineering roles at Blackboard, where responsibilities included managing network operations and troubleshooting global network infrastructure, and leading technical project delivery as Team Lead for Solutions Architects at Sandvine. Peter also contributed as Principal Network Engineer at LightSquared, overseeing 4G LTE network design and capacity planning, and as Director of Network Engineering at DigitalBridge Communications, where leadership and implementation of a 4G WiMAX network were key responsibilities. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
