Vikas Roy

Vikas Roy is a results-driven senior technology and business leader with over 30 years of experience in client management, cloud computing, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Services at Verizon, Vikas leads large enterprise and SI partners, driving digital transformation through automation and AI-based workflows. Previously, Vikas held positions including Service Director at BT and Deputy Director at Software Technology Parks of India, demonstrating an extensive background in outsourced operations and service delivery. Vikas holds a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
