Ian Lu

Ian Lu is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product design and development. Currently serving as a Product Design Mechanical Engineer at Verkada since February 2025, Ian has previously held positions at Ubiquiti Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer and at Wistron Neweb Corporation, where roles included Principal Mechanical Engineer. Ian's project experience encompasses a range of technologies, including outdoor telecommunications equipment, smart home devices, and 5G technologies. Ian began the professional journey with a Master of Engineering in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, completed in 2013.
