Jacob Dickson

Jacob Dickson is a skilled technology professional with significant expertise in product support and engineering. Currently working as a Product Specialist and Senior Engineer at Verkada since November 2021, Jacob relocated to Sydney in November 2022 to establish a new engineering team focused on supporting the APAC region, achieving round-the-clock customer support. Prior to this, Jacob held roles at Cisco Meraki, where advancement to Senior Network Engineer occurred after a tenure as a Network Engineer, managing high-touch customer support. Jacob began a career in technology at Debenhams Head Office as an Information Systems Business Placement, where a key achievement included a Junior Project Management role on a major warehouse design project. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Network Technology from Northumbria University.
