Jonathan Pickard

Jonathan Pickard is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in business systems and team leadership at Verkada since January 2020, where roles have included Business Systems Software Engineering Manager, Sr Software Engineer, and Team Lead. Prior to Verkada, Jonathan worked as a Front End Developer at Comcast, playing a key role in developing a large-scale web application using technologies such as HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and React. Jonathan also held the position of Head Bartender/Bar Manager at The Beer Shoppe, where responsibilities included website modernization, SEO improvements, and marketing strategy development, resulting in significant profit increases. Earlier in Jonathan's career, ownership and CMO roles at NUC involved managing digital marketing initiatives and collaborating with design and development teams to enhance advertising effectiveness. Jonathan is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania.
