Michael Lam is currently a Technical Support Engineer at Verkada since February 2023. As a Co-Founder of Send Story since August 2020, Michael is dedicated to creating a platform for affordable and personalized rock climbing training. Additionally, Michael co-founded Send Story Training in July 2020. Previous experience includes working as Front Desk Staff at Hub Climbing Markham from May 2022 to February 2023 and as Belay Staff at Ajax Rock Oasis from February 2020 to August 2020. Michael holds a degree in Networking and IT Security, Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Ontario Tech University, completed in 2022.
