Rohan Sood is a skilled software engineer with a focus on machine learning and cloud infrastructure, currently employed at Verkada since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a machine learning researcher at Squishy Robotics, where academic contributions are featured in a publication, and as a software engineering intern at CrowdAI, where Rohan improved computer vision pipelines. In addition to practical experience, Rohan contributed as a teaching assistant at UC Berkeley in designing information devices and systems, and developed innovative CAD software while working as a research apprentice under Prof. Carlo Séquin. Rohan's engineering expertise extends to control engineering roles in both UC Berkeley Formula SAE and Berkeley Hyperloop, as well as an internship at Ubisoft focused on gameplay software engineering.
