Maxime Morand

Maxime Morand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, partnerships, and public administration. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Partnerships at Verkor since January 2022, Maxime contributes to the company’s growth and the energy transition. Previously, Maxime held the position of Deputy Head of Unit at the Direction générale du Trésor, where significant achievements included the development of an asset-liability management framework for the Savings Fund and the negotiation of governance models for the “Caisse des dépôts et consignations.” Additional roles include Lecturer at Sciences Po, Portfolio Manager at the Agence des participations de l'État, and various internships. Maxime holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master's Degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Sciences Po.
