Youngil Kwon

Youngil Kwon is an experienced professional in the field of materials engineering with a focus on battery cell manufacturing and electrode process technology. Currently serving as the Electrode Process Team Manager at Verkor, Youngil has previously held positions at ACC - Automotive Cells Company as a Mixing and Coating Expert, where significant contributions included the development and improvement of mixing processes for mass production. With a strong academic foundation that includes a PhD in materials engineering from Seoul National University, Youngil has also lectured at universities, led research initiatives in nanotechnology and biomaterials at E2BIO, and contributed to various government-supported R&D projects throughout a career that spans several prestigious organizations, including Samsung SDI. Recognized for innovation in the field, Youngil has multiple patent registrations and has received awards for excellence in research and development.
