Sushruta Singh's work experience includes various roles in customer success and management positions. Starting in 2022, Sushruta serves as the Head of Customer Success at Verloop.io, where they use advanced NLP and ML to resolve customer issues. Prior to that, Sushruta worked as an Associate Director of Customer Success at Salesken from 2021 to 2022. Sushruta Singh completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Literature from Miranda House, Delhi University from 1999 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in English Journalism from IIMC, New Delhi, from 2002 to 2003.
