Steve Sharp is a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience managing geospatial systems and projects. Currently, Steve serves as the GIS Operations Manager at the Vermont Center for Geographic Information (VCGI), where responsibilities include the design and deployment of geospatial solutions for the State of Vermont. Previous roles include Director of GIS Services at VCGI and President of the New England Chapter of URISA, during which NEURISA received the "Chapter of the Year" award in 2013. Steve has also contributed as a University Lecturer at the University of Vermont and held a Vice President position on the GIS Certification Institute Board.
