Tyler Rackliffe

Tyler Rackliffe is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer support, retail management, and theater production. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Vermont Information Processing since February 2018, Tyler previously held the position of Mate at Trader Joe's from March 2011 to June 2017, managing a team in Manhattan's highest-grossing store. Additionally, Tyler founded the John Doe Theatre Company, producing and starring in productions such as "The Sign in Sidney Brustein's Window" and "Almost, Maine." Tyler holds a BA in Theater and English from Muhlenberg College and has further education from Trader Joe's University and Academia dell'Arte.
