For over 15 years, Vermont Open MRI has proudly served as the only independently owned and operated MRI center in the state. In 2025, with the addition of a CT scanner, we rebranded as Vermont OPEN Imaging—reflecting our expanded diagnostic services and ongoing commitment to affordability, comfort, and exceptional imaging.
We now offer CT imaging alongside 1.2T Open MRI and 3T Closed MRI, all delivered with a focus on expert care and patient comfort.
With extended hours, weekend appointments, and Vermont’s only true Open MRI, we provide access and care you won’t find anywhere else.
Vermont OPEN Imaging — Experience the OPEN difference: expert care, compassionate service, and unmatched value.

Conveniently located on Williston Road in South Burlington, VT.
