Mark Williamson

Mark Williamson is a Principal Scientist at Vernalis, where Mark has been employed since August 2021, and serves as a Research Manager for the Hunter Group at Cambridge University while also holding the position of Postdoctoral Research Associate since January 2011. Mark specializes in developing classical and QM/MM models for various isoforms of cytochrome P450. Prior to these roles, Mark worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at the San Diego SuperComputer Center from August 2008 to July 2010. Mark holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry, a Master of Research in Biomolecular Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, all from Imperial College London, completed between 1999 and 2008.
