Vero is hire intelligence infrastructure for senior AI, ML, and advanced technical talent.
We help engineering leaders compress the time it takes to reach a validated hiring signal, before the offer goes out.
The standard signals for senior technical hiring have stopped working. Resumes are optimized but not honest. Interviews reward candidates who script well. Take-home work is easy to game. The playbook most teams rely on was built for a candidate environment that no longer exists.
AI didn't break hiring. It made weak signals weaker.
Vero is built around one principle. Proof over proxies. We design role-specific work samples, run them under proctored conditions, and return structured capability markers the hiring manager can review. Decision-grade output, not a number to trust on faith.
We work with VP Engineering, Chief AI Officers, CTOs, and Heads of Technical Talent at Fortune 1000, Canadian enterprise, and high-stakes scale-up technology organizations.
If you're hiring senior AI or ML talent and feel the standard playbook isn't closing the risk, we should talk.
