Susan Keller has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Susan began their career in 2000 as an Associate Software Engineer at Raytheon Company, where they were responsible for organizing and managing the requirements testing and validation of a real-time missile system. Susan also designed a database to report and manage the testing effort using the DOORS Requirements Management database tool.

In 2010, Susan joined Raytheon Co. as a Sr. Software Engineer, Task Lead, and Software Training Instructor. In this role, they performed system level software acceptance testing and data analysis.
